We're waiting for Alex Parsons to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Bracknell Forest Borough Council,

I would like to make an FOI request for the following pieces of information:

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

I am writing to confirm that the council has completed the processing of
your request for information.

 

Please find below a copy of your request, followed by the Council’s
response.

 

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?

The council operate a centralised system of processing FoIs. Requests are
handled centrally by the information management team and many  staff have 
FOI as an element of their job

 

 

2. What is the budget for administering FOI?

This information is not held, the Council does not identify its financial
budget for servicing freedom of Information requests

 

 

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?

No They are held in a central database logged onto an excel spreadsheet

 

4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

No

Bracknell Forest council now considers that it has complied with your

include an explanation of why you are dissatisfied with our response.
