Dear Alex,

Thank you for your request for information regarding FOI (reference number 03415). Please find our response below. If you have any queries regarding your request for information then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
The Council has a central Information Governance Team which comprises 2.7 FTE, their roles also include Change risk, information governance (both Council & Schools) and compliance. There are also departmental co-ordinators in each directorate, this however is only part of these individuals roles. The exact split of time worked for the these people on only the FOI element is not recorded information.
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
The budget for the staffing element of the central information governance team is £112,930 per annum, for co-ordinators there is no actual allocated budget for FOI as this is only part of their roles.
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
In-house SharePoint
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?
No
