I am writing in response for your request for information regarding
Freedom of Information requests.

 

I can confirm the Council holds the following information that is relevant
to your request.

 

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?

 

One (1)

 

2. What is the budget for administering FOI?

 

The salary range for the above role is £22,486 to £25,043. There is no
additional budget for administering the Information Rights service.

 

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?

 

The Council uses an in-house built SharePoint system.

 

4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

 

No.

 

In the event you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you
have the right to ask for an internal review, which will be carried out by
a separate Council Officer.

 

Please remember to quote your reference number in all future
correspondence.

 

If you are still not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review,
you have the right to apply directly to the information Commissioner for a
