Further to my acknowledgement dated 6^th July, 2018, please find the
response to the following questions:

 

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?

 

Response: There is one full time post which the majority of their duties,
focus on FOI.

Alongside this, there are FOI champions within departments, who have this
as part of their overall duties.  

 

2. What is the budget for administering FOI?

 

Response: There is no specific budget for FOI, it is part of Information
Governance.

 

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?

 

Response: Yes, the Council migrated to a new system in October/ November
of 2017 called JADU

 

4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

 

Response: No

The complaints/review procedure involves a full review by the Council's
Monitoring Officer. 

 

If you are not content with the outcome of our conclusion, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner's Office for a decision before
contacting the Council. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless
you have exhausted the Council's own complaints procedure.
