Dear Stratford on Avon District Council,

I would like to make an FOI request for the following pieces of information:

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

If not all information is available, please treat questions individually.

Yours faithfully,

Alex Parsons

FOI Response
FOI #12439
Dear Alex Parsons

Our Resources for dealing with all FOI/EIR requests is one permanent part
time head for four hours per day.

I do not have the Budget figure.

We use an Administration system which is a bespoke development by our own
ICT Department.

We do publish statistics internally to all senior executives on a three
monthly basis but as yet not in the public domain.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. An internal review request should be
submitted in writing within 40 working days of receiving the original
reply and should be addressed to:
Phil Grafton, Monitoring Officer, Stratford-on-Avon District Council,
Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6HX.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
Information Commissioner's Office,
Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
