We're waiting for Alex Parsons to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Staffordshire Moorlands District Council,

I would like to make an FOI request for the following pieces of information:

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

Dear Sir

Thank you for your request for information which was received by the
Council on 26 June 2018.

Please see below the Council’s response regarding your FOI request
relating to FOI administration information.

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council and High Peak Borough Council
work together as a Strategic Alliance, therefore, any costs are jointly
funded between the two Councils.

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI? – There is no dedicated
fulltime FOI officer role.  However, there are 3 officers who deal with
FOI requests within their other roles.

2. What is the budget for administering FOI? – There is no specific FOI
budget.

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one? –
Infreemation system.

4. Do you publish a disclosure log? – This is currently being developed.

Under the Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015, you are
free to use any of the information that you have been provided with by the
Council in response to this request.  The information may be re-used
subject to the terms of the [1]Open Government Licence.

If you are dissatisfied with the response given to your request, you are
entitled to request an internal review.  Please
contact [2][cyfeiriad ebost], within 2 months of receiving the
Council’s response, if you require an internal review of your case.

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you
have the right to appeal to the Information Commissioner at:
