Dear South Norfolk District Council,

I would like to make an FOI request for the following pieces of information:

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

If not all information is available, please treat questions individually.

Yours faithfully,

Alex Parsons

Dear Alex

I refer to your Freedom of Information request to which I am now in a
position to respond. My response is outlined below along with your
questions for ease of reference.

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI? 2 officers are involved
in responding to FOI requests, however they undertake other roles within
the Council and do not work full time in this role. However many other
officers throughout the Council deal with FOI requests in the form of
providing information to release.

2. What is the budget for administering FOI? The majority of the budget
would consist of staff time and the time spent on this by each officer is
not recorded, therefore, we do not hold this information.

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one? no

4. Do you publish a disclosure log? no

I hope this is of assistance and is sufficient to meet your requirements,
but if, for whatever reason you wish to get back to me, please feel free
to do so. In particular if you are unhappy with the information provided
or how your request was handled please let me know and I will explain how
you can request an internal review of our decision.

Please quote FOI 18-303 in any further correspondence concerning this
request.

Regards
