I refer to your Freedom of Information request dated 26 June 2018. Please see our replies set out below alongside each item requested.

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?

Answer: The process is managed within the Legal Section but there is no named FOI officer post. It equates to approximately 90% of one FTE (Legal Assistant post).

2. What is the budget for administering FOI?

Answer: see above. There is no specific budget.

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?

Answer: We use an in-house system – linked to Legal Practice Management System.

4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

Answer: No. (Please note that public bodies are not obliged to maintain a disclosure log of FOI requests.)
