Lowther, Jason: CP-ICT: RBKC,

Dear Mr Parsons

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REF: 2018-0813

I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, for information held by the Council. Your request and response is as follows:

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
Currently 2 people deal directly with FOI requests

2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
The FOI roles sit within the wider Information Management team who are part of the ICT shared services between Westminster City Council and Kensington & Chelsea. As such there is no set budget just for administering FOI.

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
Not currently but we are exploring I-Caseworks as a potential case management system.

4. Do you publish a disclosure log?
No

If not all information is available, please treat questions individually.

Complaints

I trust this has satisfied your request. Should you be unhappy with the handling of your request, the Council has an internal complaints process for handling FOIA complaints. Complaints are reviewed by the Chief Solicitor and Monitoring Officer or her nominee. A form is available from our website to lodge your complaint http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/councilanddemocra... Please contact us if you do not have website access and we can provide you with a copy of the form. Following this review, should you still be unhappy with how your information request has been handled, you have a further right to appeal to the Information Commissioner who is responsible for ensuring compliance with FOIA.
