We're waiting for Alex Parsons to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear North West Leicestershire District Council,

I would like to make an FOI request for the following pieces of information:

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI? 1 FTE. FOI incorporates around 30% of the workload.
2. What is the budget for administering FOI? There is no particular budget, but the salary band for this post is£24657- £28221.
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one? SharePoint.
4. Do you publish a disclosure log? Yes please see a link below. Please note data for April-May will be published shortly.
