You requested the following:
1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
4 permanent members of staff are on the team which deals with FOI,
although their duties also cover other duties such as Data Protection
related work.
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
The London Borough of Hackney don't budget for FOI separately from other
non-FOI related work that the team carry out. There is a link to London

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
We use Infreemation to process our FOIs
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?
We do not at this time of responding to your request have a live
disclosure log. Our disclosure log is currently in development and will be
made live shortly.
Appeals & Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with this response and wish to appeal, please
write to the Information Management Team,

through our Internal Review procedure.
