The Council has a central Complaints and Information Governance Team with 4 members of staff. The team logs all Freedom of Information Requests and the service provides the response.

2. What is the budget for administering FOI?

There is no dedicated budget for dealing with FOIs

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?

No we don’t use a dedicated software. The Council uses FLARE to record and monitor responses to FOIs

4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

Not currently
