Q1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
A. The council’s structure does not provide for individuals to be
specifically employed to deal with FOI. Management of the process for all
types of information management requests sits within the Business Support
Team where officers are multi-skilled and dealing with a varied workload.
Q2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
A. There is no budget specifically set aside for administering FOI.
Q3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
A. The Council uses our CRM to manage the FOI workflow. It is called
Focus.
Q4. Do you publish a disclosure log?
A. The Council does not currently publish a disclosure log.
