1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?

We can confirm that the Council has a central Information Governance Team
who provide advice and guidance regarding Freedom of Information requests.
The team will also log and report on FOI’S.  Each portfolio has a contact
officer who will gather, search and respond to requests. We don’t have a
post within the council that is just dedicated to Freedom of Information.

2. What is the budget for administering FOI?

We can confirm that this information is not held by the Council.

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?

We can confirm that the council uses an in house developed system for
Freedom of Information.

4. Do you publish a disclosure log?          

We can confirm that the Council does not publish a disclosure log.
