FOI Administration Info

We're waiting for Alex Parsons to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Epsom and Ewell Borough Council,

I would like to make an FOI request for the following pieces of information:

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

If not all information is available, please treat questions individually.

I write in reply to your recent Freedom of Information request; please
find Epsom & Ewell Borough Council’s response below:

 

1.       How many people are employed to deal with FOI?

Freedom of Information requests are processed in the Legal Office, with
three Council officers having responsibility as part of their role
profiles.

2.       What is the budget for administering FOI?  

There is no specific budget for administering FOI requests.

3.       Do you use case management software for FOI?  No If so, which
one? N.A.

4.       Do you publish a disclosure log?  No

 

Most of the information the Council provides in response to requests will
be subject to copyright protection. This includes attachments. In most
cases the copyright will be owned by Epsom & Ewell Borough Council.
However, the copyright in some information may be owned by a third party. 
You are free to use any information supplied in this response for your own
non-commercial research or private study purposes.  The information may
also be used for any other purpose allowed by a limitation or exception in
copyright law, such as news reporting. 

 

Except as permitted under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the
