Thank you for your request for information about the above, which has been
dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

Request and Response

1.    How many people are employed to deal with FOI?

We don’t hold this information as all staff in ESCC contribute to
answering FOI requests. However, we do employ 2 full time employees to log
the FOI requests, ask staff for the answer to the requests, and respond to
the requesters.

2.    What is the budget for administering FOI?

There is a budget for the 2 employees noted above @ single status scale 10
(salaries available on website), but work on FOI requests for all other
staff throughout ESCC is absorbed into usual work tasks.

3.    Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?

Yes, Icasework software

4.    Do you publish a disclosure log?

Not currently live, our disclosure log is in test mode and will be
finalised and will go live in the next 2 months.
