Dear City of London Corporation,

I would like to make an FOI request for the following pieces of information:

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

If not all information is available, please treat questions individually.

Yours faithfully,

Alex Parsons

COL-EB-InformationOfficer,

Dear Alex Parsons,

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 (FOIA) - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Following your second request for information of 26 June 2018, the City of
London (CoL) responds as follows.

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
No one is employed full time on FOI compliance. Compliance activity is
spread across the organisation. It is estimate that the time taken on FOI
compliance work is currently about 3 to 3.5 full time equivalent staff a
year across the organisation.

2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
As mentioned under 1., this activity is spread across the organisation and
therefore there is no specific corporate FOI budget.

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
We do not use case management software.

4. Do you publish a disclosure log?
We do not create or publish a disclosure log. As mentioned in our response
to your first request, the logs we do keep are published under “FOI & EIRs
Requests and Compliance” at:
[1]https://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/about-th...

We hope that this response is of assistance.
