The response to your request is set out below:

 

 

1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?

 

Two people are employed to deal with FOIs.

 

2. What is the budget for administering FOI?

 

This information is not held in the manner requested. The budget for
administering FOIs is incorporated into the Legal Services budget of the
council and is not recorded as a separate figure. The officers who handle
FOIs take on FOI duties as part of a greater role, also acting as
paralegals to the council in regards to other aspects of law, and
therefore FOIs are a part of that role as opposed to the entire focus of
those employed to handle them.

 

3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?

 

No, we do not use case management software. FOIs are administrated as a
combination of folders containing correspondences, along with excel sheets
which index the details of each request.

 

4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

 

No, the Council does not currently publish a disclosure log.
