Further to your request for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 relating to the above I am now able to respond.
The following response was prepared and provided on behalf of Regulatory Services:
1. We have 2 full time Information Officers and 1 full time Interim Information Manager who make up the Information Management Team. For information, we also have FOI co-ordinators within each Council service however, this is embedded within each specific role.
2. There is no specific budget for administering FOI. The Information Management Team is part of the Council's Legal and Licensing service and forms part of the overall allocated budget. Therefore, we give notice that no breakdown is available under S17 of FOI(S)A 2002.
3. We use SharePoint to log our information requests

I should advise that you have a right to request a review within 40 working days from the date we respond to your request.
