Regarding your recent application under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please find below details
of our response.
I would like to make an FOI request for the following pieces of information:
1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
None – Each Service responds to their own FOI’s
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
Information not held. Part of the Senior Information Management Officer’s duties is to provide advice
and guidance on this, but it is not possible to calculate how much budget is assigned to this. In addition,
it is not possible to calculate the time spend by each Service replying to requests.
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
Yes – Inhouse designed Lotus Notes database
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?
No
If you disagree with our decision or are otherwise unhappy with how we have dealt with your request, in
