A1. There are no posts dedicated to deal with FOI only, the function sits
within a wider governance role.
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
A2. There is no budget for the administration of FOI’s.
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
A3. The case management system used is Respond by Aptean.
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?
A4. No disclosure log is published.

A3. Information was provided to 169 requests between 24 November 2017 and
31 March 2018. Prior to this a different case management system was used
and information is unavailable.

information provided)?
A4. No information was provided to 14 requests between 24 November 2017
and 31 March 2018.
4. The number of requests where the information was partially withheld
(some, but not all information requested, provided)?
A5. Partial information was provided to 45 requested between 24 November
2017 and 31 March 2018.
5. How many requests were completed inside the statutory deadline?
A6. 87% of requests responded to were responded to within the statutory
deadline.

A7. 5 internal reviews were requested in 2017/18.
7. How many decisions were upheld at internal review?
