1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 received by the Council 26 June 2018.
You requested
1. How many people are employed to deal with FOI?
2. What is the budget for administering FOI?
3. Do you use case management software for FOI? If so, which one?
4. Do you publish a disclosure log?
I confirm that the information is held by the Council and is being disclosed and is provided below.
1. 2 part time posts (total of 32.5 hours)
2. No budget as such - 2 part time employees are responsible for FOI (32.5 hours per week in total) and undertake many duties as part of their role and not exclusively FOI.
3. Yes, House on the Hill (support desk)
4. Yes
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your request, you may wish to appeal against the decision. Appeals should be submitted within three months of the date of issue of the decision notice and will be responded to within 20 working days of the request being received. Please put any appeal in writing to the Legal Services Manager, who will review the original decision, at:
