In October 2009, The Supreme Court replaced the Appellate Committee of the House of Lords as the highest court in the United Kingdom. The court normally sits in the Middlesex Guildhall which is also home to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

The UK Supreme Court administration only holds information relating to the Supreme Court and the cases heard there. All other courts and tribunals in England & Wales are the responsibility of the Ministry of Justice.
