The Adjudicator's Office considers complaints about HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and the Valuation Office Agency once internal complaints procedures have been exhausted.

Please note: information requests relating to HMRC or the Valuations Office should be sent to those bodies. Please only submit information requests to the Adjudicator's Office for information held by the Office in specific.
