National Extremism Tactical Coordination Unit

A policing body, a body that is now defunct and a body voluntarily applying FOI, also called NETCU

"The National Extremism Tactical Coordination Unit (NETCU) is no longer in existence, as it merged with the National Public Order Intelligence Unit (NPOIU) and the National Domestic Extremism Team (NDET) in January 2011 to form the National Domestic Extremism and Disorder Intelligence Unit (NDEDIU)." "NETCU is not a public authority as defined by Schedule 1 of the FOIA. Therefore there are no obligations on NETCU to disclose information under the Act.

In the spirit of the Act, NETCU aims to make available as much information that it properly can."
