Judicial Committee of the Privy Council

A court, also called JCPC

The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (JCPC) was established by the Judicial Committee Act 1833 and it is one of the highest courts in the United Kingdom. It is also the highest court of appeal (or court of last resort) for several independent Commonwealth countries, UK overseas territories and British Crown Dependencies. The court normally sits in the Middlesex Guildhall which is also home to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.
