This body was replaced by The Business Board in September 2018, which, as of February 2019, is now formally recognised as a successor LEP ^[1].

The Local Enterprise Partnership was probably not formally subject to the Freedom of Information Act however we chose to list it here due to its public role for example in distributing public funds and setting priorities for investment in roads, buildings and facilities.

While the LEP is the decision making body you may wish to consider making your request to a body which is formally subject to FOI such as a relevant local council or central Government department.
