Abello East Midlands is the operator of East Midlands Railway services, which are provided under a franchise agreement ^[1] with the Department for Transport.

Abello East Midlands isn't subject to Freedom of Information, however we have listed it as we believe the company is subject to the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR).
