The Chiltern Railway Company (Chiltern Railways) is the operator of Chiltern Railways services, which are provided under a franchise agreement [1] between M40 Trains Limited and the Department for Transport.
Chiltern Railways isn't subject to Freedom of Information, however we have listed it as we believe the company is subject to the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR).
