Also known as the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Integrated Health and Social Care Partnership. This body is responsible for regional co-ordination of social services and the integration of care and support with health services. It is a partnership of public bodies created under the The Partnership Arrangements (Wales) Regulations 2015.

The partners involved in this organisastion are Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Cardiff City and County Council, and Vale of Glamorgan Council.
