Serco Caledonian Sleepers is the operator of Caledonian Sleeper services, which are provided under a franchise agreement ^[1] with Transport Scotland (The Scottish Ministers).

Caledonian Sleeper isn't subject to Freedom of Information, however we've listed Serco Caledonian Sleepers Limited as a body subject to the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations, pursuant to a decision notice issued by the Scottish Information Commissioner in respect of Abellio ScotRail ^[1]. We understand that precedent set in the Fish Legal^{[2, 3 ]} case also applies here.
